Planning Change Reflection

I think the only way this project will be accomplished completely and to its fullest potential is with teamwork and collaboration from everyone involved. From the beginning proposal to the final project, it is imperative that everyone in the group participates and works together for each aspect of the project. The way we communicate will be through in person communication either at clinical or in classes, along with through text messages if there are questions or last minute discussions that are needed. We will all work together to hold each other accountable for completion of tasks and can communicate via text messages to remind each other of things that need to be completed.  If there happens to be a conflict such as one member not fully participating, we can all communicate as a group to remind each other of the tasks we agreed to complete and when we planned on completing them. Some barriers that we may encounter as a group are stress levels and workloads from outside classes, clinical, etc. These barriers may lead to procrastination on the project. I think the best way to overcome this barrier is to work as a team and to communicate when a person is feeling overwhelmed or needs more time to complete something or extra help. This will allow for everyone in the group to be aware of the situation and come up with a solution to the barrier instead of thinking someone has forgotten or is not putting in the work. This solution will be useful not only for this project but for future nursing practice because it is important to communicate with your team and peers so that if you do need that extra support, you can get it. It will also lead to everyone being on the same page and can help prevent people from getting annoyed towards someone if they feel as though they are not doing what they should be doing.
